Lowering springs and wheel bearing warranty

I suspect my front left wheel bearing is on its way out. Unfortunately, I recently put on lowering springs and am concerned that they won't cover the cost to have it replaced under warranty. Any experience or insight on this?

I can't think of a reason the ride height would have an adverse effect on wheel bearing wear. The warranty should cover it unless it is evident that the modification caused the part failure or to wear prematurely. Most BMW Techs I've dealt with would probably not even notice the aftermarket springs. They'll probably tell you that they are worn, and in need of replacement.
