Cool X6M VS NEW CAYANNE Turbo video

Been trying to find an official drag race between the X6M and the NEW CAYANNE Turbo. Not sure if that's the Turbo.

Nice to see the M wins. It is interseting that Porsche did not answer back with their latest model......Steve

Love the X6M, but why is that the cayenne turbo cost about $20,000 more than the M but delivers less on performance????

I have to admit the Porsche's interior is very slick but the exterior is plain. So maybe the 20k extra is for the interior.

My boss has one. The interior is in a whole different dimension from an X6 or X5. The Alcantara headliner and everything else. Not that the BMW is any slouch. Then you add to that, Porsche's ability to nickle and dime every single option on that vehicle. If yout thought BMW was bad, check them out. In all, $20k extra is not really a lot when you consider you are talking about a vehicle that is elite in it's class. If I had a choice between the X5-6M and the Porsche Turbo, I'd be hard pressed to turn down the Porsche. Just my .02 cents.

I don't think I want to pay $20k extra for an interior, also the cayenne's tail lamps look like they are from a Hyundai...I love the front of the new cayenne don't get me wrong but when I go for the X6M I know I can't be beaten by anything else this size plus I'm saving a hell of a lot more money in the end which I can spend at the pump Lol. I really don't understand what porsche is trying to do here, may be when the Turbo S comes out we will get a good comparison but I hardly doubt there is anything that can beat the X6M for the price and performance it delivers on...

Some people say the same about going from a regular X5 to an X5M. It's a matter of preference. I think paying 20k extra for a motor, or an interior is worth it. You and others may not. I have a rule , where I don't tell people how to spend their money.

Its all about what you prefer I guess, your paying 20K for an interior not a motor with the cayenne. If it was about the motor we wouldn't even be talking about this.

IMHO X6M is the winner here!

I don't know how much you know about racing, but that wasn't much of a distance between the 2. A proper launch, bad driver etc, can net you that type of distance. Both vehicles are pretty evenly matched. If this were the Porsche forums, they would be giving you a different aspect. All things being Equal, I'll take my chances with the Porsche.

We're not saying Porsche is bad by all means its a beautiful vehicle in both driving dynamics and quality. But the cost between the x5m/x6m vs the Porsche Cayenne turbo, I mean its not overpriced cause nothing is overpriced its just too expensive for not much extra. The X6 turn more heads than the Porsche Cayenne.

Most people I know think the X6 is hideous. I disagree. I know a lot of people also hate the Panamera. Another vehicle I like. Personally, I'm taking the Porsche all day.

New Cayanne design is the worst I have ever seen from Porshe.
They should fire the head design of this thing..
It looks so small and remind me of Hyundai Tucson.. which cost like 20k??
