Android 10.25

All, I have searched and searched with no luck. I just installed a 10.25 android in my wife's E70 and cannot find the factory settings anywhere. I also cannot change the vehicle displayed, it's showing an X1. The seller seems to be only worried about his review and is offering no help in the way of a user manual or tips. Every video I have watched with the same user interface goes to factory settings with ease; however, when I go to the same place the option is not there. It seems the developer may have "hidden" this feature/option. Does anybody have any input advice? The unit is from Ali and is from a Chinese electronics company named Lelv. Before I get all of the "you get what you pay for" responses, please understand I am just asking for assistance if there is any to be had.

It would help to know your brand of the unit you purchased and where you purchased the unit. In case someone on the forums has dealt with seller before.

I recently purchased an Xtrons 10.25 Android ver 11 unit and it arrives tomorrow via Amazon. Front and rear camera as well.

if you've gone through everything, there must be something missed. Normally you need a code to unlock the Settings for the unit (to change the car type and more).. If you got it from Ali, open a case with Ali and motivate the seller to help you, or do a charge back, send it back, and get a more reliable unit from https://www.ugode.co.uk/ who has excellent support.

Here is the link to the unit. I think your advice is the next step with opening a case. Piss poor how the vendor is handling this and the ridiculous focus they have.
