I have an 08 550i now that I'll sell (happy to offer in trade as well) that's been great but I need more space. Prefer a low mileage (<40k) 2005-2006 X5 4.8is or I can buy outright or assume the lease / loan on a 2009-2010 X5 4.8i. If it's an E70, third row seat, rear sunshades and sport / tech packages preferred. Have cash in hand in any circumstance. NYC/NJ area.

Still looking? I have an '08 4.8is black on black that fits some of what you described. Mileage is 46k with CPO coverage and this has always been a Florida car. let me know.

there was no 4.8is in 2008, but send me some additional details (price, condition, service history) and we can see. I sold my car a few weeks ago so am looking more seriously at an X5 purchase in the near future.
