I have a full set of Pirelli SCORPION ZERO ASIMMETRICO 22"s for sale individually in about 2 weeks if anyone is interested in buying the set or having spare tires. 80% tread left with zero damage. One of the rear tires is brand new with less than 1K miles on it. (I will have a tire gauge by next week to get you exact thread measurements)
$250 for the rear tires each (335/25/22) $200 for the front tires each (295/30/22) Just a feeler for now because I may want to keep them as spares for myself but my wife is going to give me crap about taking more garage space. Located in NY and pick up preferred but willing to ship for an additional cost. Alan

I tried countless guys on EBay.uk, and I couldn't find anyone who would ship a set of the Continental's for a decent price. I wanted the SportContact 6's for my X5 really bad. I was able to look around enough to score a full set of brand new Pirelli Scorpion's for sub $1300 shipped!! It's the best price I have seen anywhere, as most vendors charge you $1200 for the rears alone. I had to order the fronts and tears from 2 different vendor, but get creative paid off. I am just happy I have tires now to mount on my new wheels when they arrive.

https://www.onlinetires.com/products...o+105y+xl.html From hours of looking around, and many emails sent to different vendors, this is the best combo I could come up with. I actually paid a few bucks less because I was able to package the fronts in a package deal from that vendor. Most places you call can't even find you the rears. If they did have them, they wanted anywhere from low $500 a tire, up to over $600 a tires. That's just insane for a rubber tire!!

Comes up to $1260 basically after shipping for me...not bad but still hard to swallow being over $200 more than what I paid last time.
I've been trying to find online reviews of Lexani and Lionhart tires in the 335/25/22 which I haven't found anywhere. The closest I've gotten is finding Cherokee SRT8 users who sing the praises of Lionhart 305/25/22 vs Lexani that have random issues with not being able to road balance. Ironically I can find Lionharts for cheaper than Lexanis, and while not being the same width, it's close enough that I'm considering trying them seeing as SRT8's are no slouch in the power department just like us and they're having good luck with them since Pirelli stopped making tires in their needed sizes.

I say go for it. It would be great for someone to get a set of these and be able to provide some first hand experience with them. If they work out like they seem to on the SRT8 forum, we all will have an alternative that is half the price.

It looks like I am going to be the test dummy. Even though I was able to order, and be charged for the rear tires from Onlinetires.com. They were ultimately unable to fulfill my order just like everybody else. I immediately called and stopped the shipment of the front tires. While on the phone with them, I decided to give the Lionhart's a try. They were cheap, but I have no idea what to expect. I have literally not bought anything but Michelin's for years, so I hope they don't suck. I tend to be one of those Michelin PSS fanboy's, and I basically buy nothing but them. Really wish I had more options here, but I am playing the cards I am dealt. I didn't want to wait to mid summer to mount my new wheels on my X5. I saw they shipped today, so I'll report back as soon as they get on my car.

Mine are set to arrive this week, along with my new wheels, and my new to me X5. Lol! I paid around $900 for them shipped to the door. So $700 and change, tax, and shipping.

I can now report back and say that the Lionhart tires are very nice for the money. Honestly I am very impressed with them. They are better quality than I was expecting. They ride awesome, I don't notice any road noise out of them, and they seem to corner great. Obviously, I am comparing this to my limited experience on stock suspension and the stock 19's. My stock wheels have brand new Michelin runflats. I had my set installed with brand new TPMS's, and road force balanced. My car is smooth as silk up to 100 mph, so I know they don't have any balance issues like we heard about with the Lexani's. It's also nice that these are a all-season. This is my new daily driver, so I appreciate a tire that will be a little more versatile and longer lasting. I don't really require a summer performance tire on my diesel 5k lb SUV. Its a very solid tire for the money, and I would recommend them to anyone. Here are a couple shots of them that I have.

No issues with feeling like it flat spots sitting overnight? Someone put Lexani tires on my old E53 running iForged 20's, the sidewalls seemed very flimsy if I parked with three wheels turned, otherwise that was the only issue I had with them...once warmed up, they were fine.

I don't notice anything like that, and I am pretty sensitive to anything other than perfect on my cars. I also own a 8k mile ATS-V with PSS's. I would argue that the ATS-about has the best road dynamics of any car currently available. The magnetic ride, and steering feel is amazing. If my X5 didn't feel so dialed in, it would be pretty noticeable next to that car. I have to admit I am very impressed with my X5 so far.

Mine has actually settled a little bit more. I also adjusted the rear down more since that picture. I'll get some pictures after I add my spacers on so you guys can see. I also received my OEM LCI Aero Kit today from ECS. Going to mock it up in the next couple of weeks, then drop the car off for the pint shop to shoot the pieces. Hoping to have them reshoot the front bumper and amber reflectors also. Bring everything together.

I Have to install the M brake rotors and calipers when I get the new rims to help fill up all that space the 22" wheels will cause. |

This was mine after a whole front end refresh (paint and new MIC plastic) and new headlights installed with F15 led Fogs. Makes the car feel new again. After 120k miles of highway driving it needed it!
Where did you get your rims? Was it eBay or a local seller? |

I got mine off of EBay. They are very nice looking wheels in person. Hummeris how heavy they are, but you have to expect that with 22x11" wheels.
Your front end looks great!! What all is involved for the F15 front fogs? I would love to do those. I hate the look of halogen bulbs next to the HID and LED lights.

m5james,
Let me be your first review of the Lexani. I have been driving on 335/25/22 and 295/30/22 for over a year and over 20K miles on Lexani. I haven't had any issues with them and I am sure I can still go another year. Quote:
