Chased by BMW?

I was chased by an E39 with a speed upto 245kph(150mph).

It wasn't an M5 for sure.

I wonder who would win a drag race - stock '09 X6 35i or '02 E39?

without knowing what type of e39, its just a guess game.

you did 245 on Vietnam Roads??!!

Possibly a 2000-2003 525 or 530 or 540?

I was comming back from Thailand-VTE Laos. I had 4 ppl inside and the E39 had only 1 person.

My guess is the X6. The E39 540 V8 had something like 240HP, accounting for age, it probably has 200 HP now.

My 1998 540i had 282 HP. The torque was over 300 lb/ft. It was no slouch.

e39 is a lighter vehicle even if ur x6 had only the driver also.
Depends on what shape the older e39 engine is in.
Even if both r in top shape it'll be comparing apples w/oranges.
