Thanks for reply, what’s your burble settings? Soft/medium?

I’ve always had the wife in the car with me so I still haven’t had a real chance to test it, but I like it a lot. I need to get the 3.5 bar MAP sensor installed so the engine can properly read boost levels. Stage 2+ is pushes boost right to the limit of what the stock sensor can read. I’m also really interested in getting xHP trans tune to go with this tune.

Let us know!

I'm at Stage 1+ with just the burger tuning charge pipe right now and I'm about to put in an aftermarket oil cooler and sport thermostat housing as well as get the Wagner intercooler and probably a 200cell catted downpipe before I go to Stage2+
I live in perpetual hot and humid 90 degree weather and I just want to make sure the cooling is in check.

This is the first I read about going with the 3.5 Map boost sensor, this is an OEM part from the N20 right?

All the stories I hear about xHP is that it really transforms the car, going to look at getting this too.

*edit so I went thru the flashing options again and there it is clear as day.. N20 3.5 map sensor option. I completely missed it before*

Red face MHD Tune on my E70 X5 35i

hey guys, the first time i flashed MHD was with the normal 91oct & it run great for a while before i began noticing the power dropping slightly after a number of pulls & a lot of timing corrections

in my country the fuel is poor & being a newbie to the tuning world, i figured the normal 91 is the one, but unfortunately it wasn't the case. it was running a bit poorly and i got worried.

i switched to acn91 to see whether it would be better. i had initially installed the tune with very old ignition coils & plugs, which affected the performance greatly. so i replaced them all & also got a vrsf catless downpipe fitted. the car feels much more alive. the downpipe gives it an aggressive exhaust note and even louder farts in gear changes

for now i am in stage 1 because of the high iat's, just to be safe.
i will be upgrading the Intercooler and Cold Air Intake, then jump into stage 2 / 2+

it is recommended to replace the ignition coils & spark plugs before tuning, install supporting modifications & also choosing the right fueling

all in all, MHD is awesome

- Stage 1+ Bone stock N55
- Delphi Coils and spark plugs changed recently.
- 102k miles on the motor
We have almost the exact same car and miles lol I'm at 106k. Getting my MHD hopefully this weekend

Anyone hear anything on when MHD may roll out the "Adjust Throttle Sensitivity" option that they gave the N54 guys in Sept - for the N55?? Sounds like it will solve the dreaded throttle lag issue.

Hate the lag - dying for a solution!!!!
