Production is complete, and it's on a train now. The ETA they provide is May 2. I don't understand why it should take 2 weeks from SC to Montreal (unless customs is an issue, but that would surprise me). I'm hoping that it will arrive sooner, and they are just giving themselves a buffer in order to not dissappoint. I get that. I'm hoping it arrives sometime next week. My sales rep tells me that they will put a rush on PDI once it gets there.

It has arrived in Canada. I assume it will be at the dealership next week.

You didn't opt for the 20 inch upgrade when you built the car?

Nope. In the new packages, it would have meant getting the AG sport package with comes with a sport suspension. We were concerned that it would provide too firm a ride.

I've ordered 336 20" wheels and fender flares. I'll put winter tires on the 19's that come with the car.

Thats a good choice! I had to purchase another set of 214s with Pirellis for the winter. Just couldn't look at the car with side extenders and skinny wheels)

I hadn't thought of that. We'll see what happens next fall/winter.

I just built a 2012 X5d on the bmw.ca and it has all the same options, packages and wheel upgrades as before! I know diesel does not offer any sport suspention like the gas counterpart. Unless bmw haven't updated their website. But under the sport package it says standard suspension and i could upgrade the wheels.

Those packages don't exist anymore. I don't know why it takes BMW.ca so long to update their build site.
