Turbo Diverter Valve - Engine Malfunctions?

Wondering if anyone has replaced their diverter valves yet and had similar issues with random malfunctions?

I've been trying to debug an engine malfunction I've been getting for months that seems to only happen when accelerating up to highway speeds, resets after cycling the truck on and off.

One of the valves fell apart when I took it out when inspecting the truck a few weeks ago just haven't gotten around to replacing it.

I did get a code for the blowoff valve in Rheingold but it was an old stored code that hasn't come back.
