F85 X5M engine & rear differential oil change

Hey guys, just bought a brand new F85 X5M, any info when should I change an engine and rear differential oil? I was told by dealer that it's done after 2000km, is it so?

Most new M vehicles have a break-in service after 1200 miles. They recommend keeping engine RPM below 4500 during this period.

Rear diff oil at 2000 miles? Really? Why not the front then?

Coming from American cars my whole life, I've never heard such a thing.
