CARSPECONIC - whatever happened with your TPMS Malfunction?
I have same, and Dealer says it has no codes and is therefore not related to the sensors in the wheels. Replaced Module and error still occurs. Like a loose wire, it sporadically gives error then goes away leaving no codes. If you fixed or mitigated this please post how. Thanks!

I asked for all new TPMS sensors in my wheels during a recent service for new tires.
My MALFUNCTION issue went away too! They insisted thatthey didn't need replacing because "no codes" and that I should wait until they ran out (only another year? no thanks) but I told them to just do them, and very glad I did. I also called my SA and let him know in case someone else has a similar issue. Whatever guidelines they are going by, looking only for codes is NOT 100% reliable.
