Driveshaft play

So the shop showed me while they were changing the oil that the front driveshaft has some movement. The mechanic was able to move it back and forth at the rear side where it connects to the transfer case. The front side of that driveshaft didn't have any play.

He also showed me that the rear diff seal is leaking.

Now, I know there's recalls for 2011 driveshaft but has anyone had experience getting it replaced on a 2010? Or know how much a replacement will cost to get done?

Here's a couple pics of the side of the shaft that had excess movement and the leaking rear diff.

Did they rebuild it or did you have to shell out for new one?
What was the cost in the end?
Interested as I am facing same.
