275/20 winters on 214 rims & Photos after a year of fun!

I have installed 275/20/40 winter tires all around on OEM 214 rims, pics attached. I am really happy with my choice. Also I think it was time to contribute to this forum by posting some pictures after a long time following your posts.
Handling and whole engineering of the car still amazes me everyday.
Thank you BMW for taking the risk to produce this beast!

Cheers and happy new year!

Thanks for comments. Those are Michelin latitude alpin non run flat tires. 275/40 fits well on oem rims just watch out not to scratch rear ones.

because 20" oem wheel on the back is 20x11 which mean the wheel is bigger than 275mm tire. I also remember some tire manufacture suggest not to take off and replace the same tire due to problem with air seal. But I guess I just worry too much.
Thx Watoo for answering

275/40 tires fit 20" OEM wheels, np. The first and second pics show they are stretched a bit on the rear but that's within the manufacturer specs. People do this all the time and I had no problem pushing the car around during the winter. Actually same tire size on 4 wheels is recommended for winter.

X6 uses indirect TPMS which doesn't have sensors in the wheel anymore. ABS,DSC sensors detect a low pressure tire based on the speed the wheel is turning.
