Year: 2011 X5 35i Miles: 41,500 Exterior: Deep Blue Sea Metallic. Never really a fan of blue but this blue is phenomenal. Just WOW Interior: Black Nevada Leather Service history: No mechanical issues. Got the service history report from BMW before buying the car Packages: Premium Convenience Technology Cold Weather Premium Sound Comfort Access iPod and USB Running boards Roof rails Price: Got an unbelievable deal. Chrysler dealer and he didn't know about the packages and he advertised as X5 base with leatherette He was asking $35000 in September. Mods (after purchase): 35% tint, Detailing, Blackberry bluetooth gateway for music streaming (pre 10/10 built, best 16$ I ever spent) Photos: Was planning to take some after detailing/tint but this stupid NE Ohio weather ruined my car already Below pic was during tint Loving the car and trying to find reasons to get into it. Congrats, nice choice in colour indeed!
What did you end up getting it for? I'd say if you got it in the high 20s, you got a decent deal! |

Welcome, and congratulations on the purchase.
FYI, the Premium Package was on the 50i, the Convenience on the 35i in the U.S., so it wouldn't have both (at least on the LCI models). |

Thank you! And 2011 indeed had Premium but instead of separate package BMW released it as a additional trim. These were the available trims in 2011 along with M. 2011 BMW X5 XDRIVE35I 4DR ALL-WHEEL DRIVE SPORTS ACTIVITY VEHICLE 2011 BMW X5 XDRIVE35D 4DR ALL-WHEEL DRIVE SPORTS ACTIVITY VEHICLE 2011 BMW X5 XDRIVE35I PREMIUM 4DR ALL-WHEEL DRIVE SPORTS ACTIVITY VEHICLE 2011 BMW X5 XDRIVE35I SPORT ACTIVITY 4DR ALL-WHEEL DRIVE SPORTS ACTIVITY VEHICLE 2011 BMW X5 XDRIVE50I 4DR ALL-WHEEL DRIVE SPORTS ACTIVITY VEHICLE |

$26,500. I was looking for almost 2 months and didn't find a deal cheaper than this. Ignorance of the dealer helped me I guess The same dealer is selling 2011 X5 with 70K miles for $30000. When I asked the difference he said it has Premium package and leather. I was like

Yes. And reflectors are not body colored. I painted them black. They are not the best but I think they look better than amber More pics of Plasti dip here: http://www.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1081288 |

Concern: Yes, but I guess I am just hopeful that nothing worse is going to happen. Before purchase, I got the complete service history from BMW and didn't see anything alarming. Usually there is a pattern (not always but usually). This car was never at the dealer for any kind of checks. Moreover 6 years would end in September of 2016 so that's just another 1.5 years. But I have an appointment for recall this weekend and dealer said he is going to check if my car qualifies for CPO. If it does and he offers me a price I cannot refuse, I will definitely look into it. |
