Burger tuned 35i or 35d which is faster?

So I'm giving my Dinan 335i up and going family with an X5. I don't expect the X5 to be as fast as my 335, but I want something a little quicker than a stock 35i, but don't wanna get gouged at the gas pump with the 50. So the owners of 35i and 35d that has been tuned, which is the better performer and the best MPG? Thanks in advance!

I've ran an 8.8 at the track on race gas. I guess I'm as quick as a stock 335i on race gas.

Will agree that it eats gas, but I do 90% highway and get 17-18MPG at 80MPH so not to bad. If you are getting on it all the time, then more like 12-14MPG.....Steve

And i get about 23-25MPG at 80MPH on my tuned 35i running an additional 4.25psi over stock levels. Maybe not in the same league as the M, but hell of a lot better on gas than the M.

Yes... It's in my Sig Block. I was the first X5 with the tune, but definatly not the last. I love it, I don't have any issues with the additional boost levels. As i've stated it's not the same level as the M or even the 50i, but it provides a decent boost and my 35i in sports mode handles almost as good as my 335 did. It's of course no where as fast as the 335xi was, but you'll hardly notice.

I'm running the jb tune as well but it's also the only tune out still.

Just gotbback from towing my roadster up 4500 ft and 300 miles and I'm amazed at the pulling power. It actually pulled better than my 2010 tundra 5.7
