Is anyone elses 07 BMW X5 falling apart from the inside????

I've had this car for 3 weeks and already 4 things on the inside have snapped out of place and I don't know how to snap them back in!!!! First on the drivers side under the seat height adjustment control buttons, the plastic covering the seat guide rails snapped out of place and in the back seat, when I tried accessing the 3rd row seating the plastic pieces covering the rails in the 2nd row snapped out of place...Furthermore I found a piece of plastic hanging by a bicycle brake cable wire behind the tailgate lock latch that cannot be snapped back into place.......I just remembered.....the plastic tray by the cup holders also cracked....this was a 70,000 dollar car.....I cant believe its falling apart like this..it only has 29000 miles on it...has anyone else had the same experience????

Was it previously in an accident? This is not common for BMW. My 2008 with nearly 40k miles barely had any rattles let alone pieces falling off.

I am surprised that you are having such a long list of interior design/craftsmanship issues. Although not mileage related, I share only one(1) of your issues on my 2007 X5. Just yesterday, while giving my X5 its weekly detail, I notice the plastic passenger seat rail cover falling apart. After spending 5 minutes studying the design (in order to reassemble), I realized that the design flaw is that if someone (with their foot) kicks the side rail cover from the back seat(which is easy to accidentally do) the entire snap-together unit comes apart. This is a poor design, but I am not sure if it has been corrected on later models. I will discuss this with my Dealer rep next week. Other than this one issue, my 07 X5 has been solid as my previous 5 bimmers ( which means very few issues..)

Thats one of the bad things about buying a used car, you never how the previous owner/owners treated it or accidents ect.

i had few of the same issues and the warranty covered it all.
