No takers???.....What's up with the X5 owners out there? Meets aren't only for 3's and 5's......There's got to be a ton of modded X5's in the NYC area..............

There are, but week day meets are a little difficult to attend. I for one have work until 5 pm, and then a college class at 6 - 9 for the summer semester. I think you would generate a lot more interest if you planned this for a weekend...

Its summer. People have bbqs, weddings, christenings, birthday parties, going to the beach etc etc etc. We aren't trying to compete with that stuff or other meets.

We are trying to fill the voids during the week. So Tuesday night is MAC night in Queens and Thursday is MAC night in Glen Cove. Besides what else is there to do on a Tuesday night?

There are many people coming that I know from other meets. Especially M cars 3 series, 5's. Etc etc.

Cant change days/times for whoever cant make it.

Whoever can make it will show up. Who ever can't can always make another meet at another time during the week.

We aren't looking for record turnouts, just a nice weekly meet for everyone to hang. Weather it's 5 cars or 50 it'll be same place and day of week. Only difference may be time. Perhaps a bit earlier to take advantage of the daylight hours but those adjustments will be made after the first couple to see turnout.
