Rear Air Outlet removal

Anyone know how to remove the rear center consol air outlet?
One of the tabs came off and i need to get to it from the back of the outlet to fix it.

Had that happen - a kid (not mine) kicked and the tab fell off. I managed to get the tab from the back by making a hook out of thick wire. Would be a nightmare to have to remove the vents..
