Brembo caliper covers

Does anybody know if these are the correct sizes for a 2009 x5 3.0? I don't care if you think they make me look like a poser because I'm not going to spend that kind of money for real ones.

why do you want your brakes to appear that they're something they're not? If you like the look, why not just paint them red?

I just like the way it looks with the brembo covers. It's easier then paint. More cost-efficient. Truly easier to maintain. I highly doubt it's going to make it look rice.

yes, except there is no Brembo logo on it - at least not visible on the front.

If the OEM brakes are made by Brembo, Why cant they have a cover on them. Point made earlier!

Just stop trying to justify it. You're being a poser by doing this. You, I and everyone else on here knows it. Either shell out the money on the calipers, paint your shit or leave them alone. Putting a fake cover on them is gay and rice.

Actually I believe ATE is the caliper manufacturer, at least on my E46 and previous M and non-M vehicles.

My honest opinion on caliper covers is it just looks desperate. Just paint the calipers silver of black and be done.

Relax buddy. Remember you posted this thread on a public forum filled with BMW enthusiasts, of course people are going to share opinions.

Good luck.

Hahaha well said buddie.

Everyone here has something stupid on their ride that makes them happy. I mean, I saw a thread earlier where some funny guy had BMW projector lights on their door shooting the BMW logo on the ground like it was the Bat spotlight! That's the fun part of this hobby. If your stupid is gonna be some caliper covers then God bless and I hope you enjoy them in good health!

Go for it, its your prerogative, just as is mine to laugh. Only the X5M calipers are brembos, but I guess you already knew that.

People who care about large calipers will know immediately what they on your car, and people who don't will be indifferent and not even notice. At the end of the day, its your money, do what ever you want, no one can tell you how to spend it.

The truck already looks good with all the other aesthetic mods (black grills, and wheels)

You must be like 12 years old, but I'll play....

Here is where the boat is for the summer, and the Mini is my wife's.

I'm sure those aren't as cool as caliper covers though...

Ha-ha. This turned out funny. But didn't mean to offend you. Not sure you will get an answer because its rare to see anyone with them. Just order them or ask the seller if they fit with the measurements of your calipers.

Oh looking at the install guide, will silicone even hold at brake temperatures? Not sure. I thought it would be held by clip
