Help Needed: 2011 X70 No start, no crank

Hello,

I have a 2011 X70 xDrive 35i with no start no crank with so many errors when I scan it. I noticed that Terminal 50E voltage is 6.61V. I am not sure where to start with this but I've put the errors and the voltages below. Any help is appreciated.

Ground strap is a good tip..

Also, If the battery is real bad it may not start even with a jump box because the internal resistance is very high. How old is the battery?

If there is a standard battery in there now, odds are the battery system wasn't told the original AGM battery was replaced with a standard battery. You have to do that if you don't replace the original battery with the exact same type. If the battery is old or original, I would start with the battery, and go from there. Maybe try a spare battery that is laying around..

The battery was replaced 3 years ago from BMW. I just replaced the battery with BMW battery. The car still does not start nor does it crank.

I rescanned the car again and I have a bunch of errors even after clearing them.

CAS (Car Access System - CAS/FEM/BDC)
