What is this really worth…..

Hi, just curious what thoughts would be

I have a 2007 E70 4.8 sport trim. loaded for what was available then, single owner and only 88,000 miles. Had to do the usuals: air suspension bags, Water pump, gasket and pan leaks, valve stems. (Valves done this summer) Valley pan. Repairs were pricey and no Indy shops here, so all dealer performed, but spread over the length of ownership not too bad, and kept her running smoothly esp. when I knew I had long road trips planned and did not have time to get a new one in the pandemic. Miles are spread over 3 cars in our household and have a short commute so that is why mileage is low.

Thinking of a G05 when the market calms down. Is this really worth much now even with the repairs? Or should I just run it till it dies…..
