Since the day I bought the truck the windows have been bothering me (windshield aswell). They're 35% front windows/windshield. They're a tad darker then the rears but not noticeable. I feel so much better seeing it evened out, lol.

I've always tinted my windshields. Granted it was always 50% but I really dislike the uneven look lol.

I only go to Lorenzo, lol. I only know they're slightly darker then the stock rears because my buddy has a tint reader. It's not noticeable

Isn't OCD fun? I put 80% on the windshield, all rear windows, and moonroof. Put 35% on the front two windows. In Hawaii tint is a necessity and the percentages I used are all perfectly legal here.

Thanks Mike. I had 50% on teh m3 and s4 and never had any issues. 35% I have now are much darker though so we'll see.

In NY we're only allowed 70% on the front windows and nothing on the windshield (except the top strip).

Are you really allowed 70% on the front windows in NY/NYC? Do you have a link for these regulations by any chance? I've heard that you're not allowed anything on the front windows at all, not even 95%...

I had 35% on my side windows and nothing on the windshield. It was blatantly obvious and I hated the contrast, so I evened it out by putting 55% on my windshield. Now and it looks much better.
The only downside is that my awesome new LED Headlights don't seem as crisp as they did before the tint.

I guess that's the trade off...

I have privacy windows plus 35% windshield and it looks great all even tho

So after 3 police stops, two of which tickets I had to get the 35% windshield tint removed. I went to 70% and haven't had one issue since. Cops around Chicago suburbs are dicks
