Service Bulletins or recalls

I am trying to catch up on details of my X5 since I got it last summer. 2011 i5 m sport. I have the 100k maintenance plan that came with it, and I am still trying to figure out the value of that besides brakes and oil. So far it's pretty disappointing, but maybe my online learning of the different warranties is lacking.

However I was hoping anyone could recommend a dealer and specific SA in the SoCal area. My closest dealer is Irvine BMW but my first trip there a couple months ago was a waste of time and I had to start reading because they wouldn't do anything.

Can anyone point me to a comprehensive list of all the factory service bulletins or recalls of things that the dealer should complete if I mention them?
