Non-self leveling 2/1.2" H&R springs feedback?

Just wondering if anyone has installed and can provide feedback on the 2"/1.2" H&R drop on a NON SELF LEVELING e70. I've read a lot about the horrible bounciness of the 2" drop, but it seemed it was an issue with self leveling X5s. Any experience?

I have the 1.2" drop with self leveling but since i have the v8 it drops down to 2" and it rides super stiff even with self leveling. The ride in downtown toronto is harsh because of potholes but outside of the city i love it, feels super planted and on/off ramps are sooo fun
Im planning on going the kw v3 route sometime this year but am totally comfortable with the springs installed, was even thinking about replacing the 1.2" for the 2" springs so i get a 2.5" drop with the v8 in the mean time
The only time ive had a really bouncy ride was when the air bags ripped and was sitting frame before i even installed the lowering springs

Well, today I just installed the 1.2" drop all around on my Non self-leveling E70 and can say the ride is just as comfortable as stock with better handling/cornering. I'm very interested in knowing what the 2" drop up front would feel like

Thanks for sharing this, I am very tempted to lower mine as well. If the 1.2 feels as comfortable as stock I can only imagine the 2.0 will be a slight sacrifice of course not great like KW's but there is a huge price difference there.
