Round Vision - Door Mirror Camera. Anyone retrofit this?

Has anyone retrofitted the Round Vision Door Mirror camera on their X? I'm curious what the view is like from the mirror cams.

It's called "top view" when you order it with the car. I have it on mine. In combination with the rear view camera, it gives a great "top down" view of the car when making tight parking maneuvers.

Mine also came with the top view. It is very useful when parking because you can see the lines clearly.

But mine is 270 degrees instead of 360 degrees.
I do not have any cameras in the front bumper as shown in the link.

It looks like it can be retrofitted from the parts catalog. I should look into this. I park in tight parking garage spaces all the time. It sounds like the people who have it really like it. I'm always opening the door to get a better view.

I don't think this feature is considered as top view. it is mounted below the door mirror (see image), it used to be an option for X5 & X6 but it was taken out. now only X6M available as option.

hmm....weird..I do have the cameras mounted below the side mirrors, as shown in your picture.

They are used for the 2 sides of the "top view".
