General E70 thing. Doesn't seem to be removable - I tried when putting on plastic seat protectors a while ago when my kids were younger.

You have to turn the black plastic mounts about 1/4 to 1/2 turn (i believe counter clockwise) and pull up on the headrest. I have removed mine about a dozen times to install/uninstall and clean the fitted canvas back seat cover because of the kids. All three headrest remove the same way.
