Lost a key. Don't try this at home.

Wow, that was an expensive mistake.. $280 for the key and $180 to program it (Comfort access).

The worst part is that it's definitely somewhere in the house because I obviously wouldn't have made it home without it. After tearing the house apart for 2 weeks I caved. Ugh.

That hurts, and what's in there a $50 RFID chip?

Well on the bright side, now that you've bought a replacement the lost one should show up any day.

As soon as the key comes on I'm sure the other one will show up..

I got two keys. I Don't want to risk being without a key if I lose the other one. Even though this is the first key I've lost since I got my license 22 years ago
