Tuned X635i or X650i

With the late availability and the price of the v8 model, is anyone else considering tunes, such as the Dinan software on the v6 model? If the Dinan software numbers are the same, I think the v6 with 384 hp would be as quick as the larger displacement model given that it's lighter. Haven't seen any flashes advertised yet for the x6, but I'm sure they'll be on the market soon enough with all the mods already available for the N54. Of course, when the tunes come out for the v8 model, you may be wishing you had the SUV that can hang with the M3.

They will both be able to be tuned. Vishnu Performance already has a tune for the X6 35i and it will only be a matter of time before many other groups have one as well. I am going to wait for a tune from Dinan and will eventually do that with my 50i that I have ordered

wow! never seen a BMW V6 before! Must be new!

I'll always choose the 5.0 biturbo but with gas prices these days.....maybe 3.5 is enough

When I saw 18mpg hwy for the v8's I decided I would stick to a tuned 6cyl.
