x5m with 3rd row seating

Can you order a new (2012?) x5m with 3rd row seating? I occasionally have family visiting and it will be nice to have that as an option.

i did search but couldn't find anything about the 3rd row on x5m

Unfortunately it is not an option ... I wanted to do the same thing and dealer confirmed it is not possible.

My uncle has a x5 50i with the third row option, the only time we ever even opened it was on the day he first got it just to see what it is and how comfy it is...to get to the point, dont get the option unless you REALLY need the extra seats, like REALLY. You won't use them as much as you think.

Alas, no, I believe the exhaust prohibits the 3rd row option in the X5M.

Me personally? If I were to get an X5 of any type, I would get the spare tire vs. the 3rd row. Alas, that's probably because I had a M5 and kept getting stranded with no run-flats or spare! Now I want both
