Sat Nav Unit

Hi all, can I upgrade the stereo in my 2007 X5 to one that includes sat nav?
Or is there a lot more needed to enable this to work?

Its easiest and cheapest to upgrade to the Yokotron or AvinUSA aftermarket unit if you want those capabilities.
