I've read nothing but good reviews about the DWSs and these are supposed to be the newer version of them. Any opinion's on the DWS06s?
If they're like the DWS then they are going to feel pretty squishy compared to the 'Stones. They have pretty soft sidewalls, which is great for noise and comfort, but the car won't feel as planted in the corners. Which isn't to mean it will have less grip, it just won't FEEL the same. In reality it might have just as much or more grip, it's really hard to say.

The upshot is they weigh a lot less than the stones so even if you might lose a little speed in the corners if you're not as comfortable with the sidewall flex, they will make up for it by greatly reducing rotating mass/freeing up horsepower.

Thanks rennis. That's what I've been reading regarding reviews for the DWS. Hopefully the DWS06s have stronger sidewalls to help with the corners. Regardless looking forward to the quiet of the road, the louder exhaust sound and the more horsepower on straights.

Waiting for the shop to get them in. Once in, going to get them installed.

Ok. I Google'd the plates and not a big fan. I like the center tag even though no tag would be ideal. If and when I remove the front plates, I'll get the bumper plugs.

What would you do in this scenario?

1: Replace RFT Bridgestones for Conti DWS06s
2: Replace RFT Bridgestones for Conti DWs

You already have a set of winter wheels/tires.

Well, here they are. The Continental DWS06 tires. They don't have the same look as the Bridgestones but they are a great improvement when it comes to performance and noise. I can better hear and feel this beast. The stock exhaust sounds soooo much better and the road noise is virtually eliminated. Although I only have about 150 miles on them, I'm very happy and would recommend them.
