Reflector Replacement
Anyone replace their front reflectors with body match on a X5 that has front cameras? Looking for info on removing and where you bought the body match reflectors.
IND only has the non-camera reflectors.

We don't have those front reflectors in Australia...

Just ordered through IND. Not on their website, but called and they can get them, on the way.

Pop out the grille in the lower bumper on each side and heat with a hair dryer for 3-4mins. Then press evenly from the outside of the reflector towards the inside of the engine. They are double sided taped on.

did you swapped the rear reflectors as well? if you did can you please share some pictures?

Just an update: I have some gloss vinyl laying around so I did gave it a try.
Seems ok to me. For those with cameras, i think this is the best solution for you. HMU, I have more Vinyls laying around.   Last edited by markE90; 04-20-2013 at 08:51 AM.. |
