VANOS Solenoid Valve

Anyone with good experience with Peirburg Vanos solenoid vs Vaico Vanos solenoid? OEM is too pricey.

Need to replace all 4 in my 2012 X5 50i. Rough idle on startup and 116K miles thus far.

Thanks

I purchased a set of Febi which i thought was made in Germany from all the German printing on the box. I had bought other Febi stuff in the past that was made in Germany. But these solenoid was made in Chyna.
Not sure about Pierburg but Vaico’s are made in Chyna as well.

2k miles later , still running good for $60 a pop.

Hint: SMP Standard brands are re-labled oems.
