ECUProgram Calgary Ab

Hey guys just curious on everyone's experience with ECU Programming here in Calgary. I have heard nothing but good news, and my first visit left me feeling very comfortable. These guys seem very knowledgeable and I feel we are almost lucky to have them locally,

In fact I am excited to get my M behaving the way it should!

I like them, very knowledgeable and customer oriented service. If ever tuning up (warranty concerns) definitively ECUp will be in my short list.

They tuned my diesel, it made a night and day difference. It is quite a bit of fun to drive with the tune.

Hey Sylvan,

I was thinking on taking my 13 X5M to these guys for a tune plus some other programming features. Did you get a before and after dyno of your ride? Curious to know the results. I believe they are claiming 100 hp gain.

Does the tune improve the shifting in standard and sport mode as well? In standard drive mode I really don't like how these SUVs shift. Always trying to get to the highest possible gear. Sport mode is some times a bit much for stop and go traffic. It would be nice to improve that part along with a nice HP boost.

Did you have them program any other changes to your ride?

Thanks.

If I recall right the shifting is changed, when I got my tune I did catless down pipes at the same time and it is night and day. I rarely push the M button now. I had my 2010 nav updated to the 2014 3D version and a bunch of programming done. Both my diesel and M have tunes and a bunch of programming done.

If you want tell them you are Gords friend, I spent a ton of money there and one of my friends I sent there said when he told them I sent him they hooked him up on a couple things.

Sounds like I need to go talk to these guys. There are a lot of little things I would like programmed on this beast if possible. Damn, It looks like I will have to put that new guitar on hold.

I have a 2013. Do you know if there is any other benefit to updating the Nav?Mine already has the 3D maps.

I'll mention Gord sent me.

These guys in Calgary really know their stuff. So far I like what was done. It's like night and day. No more hesitation from a dead stop, lot's of torque and more power. This upgrade should be great for towing as well.
