Headlight beam angle adjustment,"Euro driving"

Hi !

I have a BMW X5 2009 (E70) with Xenon headlights and high beam feature.
Is there any means of altering the headlight beam for driving on European roads? (pictures/video/step-by-step guide - very useful)

Something that can be returned back to UK settings when i get back home, easily...

Other than sticking on the "Headlight converters" type things.

Any help much appreciated.

What's a European road vs North American ?

Like changing the cutoff pattern based on what side of the road you're driving on?

Perhaps and see if something like that is available via coding, though I doubt it.
