Paid $5K for injector & plugs about a year before N63 Customer Campaign

Could use some help if anyone has experience or insight on this issue please

My 2008 X6 5.0 needed all new injectors and plugs Sept 2013. Dec 2014 N63 Customer Campaign is released and includes injectors and plugs. Can I get BMW NA to refund my $5K? Or accommodate in some significant way?

I dont want to just call up and ask customer service to help without insight form xBimmer members first

BMW has a site where you can enter your VIN and determine if you are eligible for reimbursement.

Forgive my ignorance, but does the 08 X6 have the N63?
