Urgent - 2 Questions

Urgent -quote from bmw, need advise on best price if i shop around

I had coolant light on couple of months back.I took it to bmw service and they did a pressure test and said its fine. when asked why the light came back on they said sometimes it happens due to cold.
less than a week the light came back on and i started ignoring it as i though it was like what the service advisor said ...due to cold.

But yesterday, the engine started rattling and the service engine light came on. i immedietely switched off the car and towed it to bmw and they gave me this list of things to do and price.

now my questions are:
1) does any of the following look like it could have been caused by driving for prolonged period with coolant being low or none.
2) what is the best price i can get outside with third party mechanics or shops for teh same parts and labor or work?

please advice its urgent.

Why isn't the dealer paying for this? It seems like a misdiagnosis on their part.
