Using Carbon Fiber "left-overs"

I found a piece of adhesive DINOC carbon Fiber and used it on the engine cover, check it out:

I think it wont peal-off if you don't touch it when is hot, today I checked it after a long drive and felt pretty hot, but didnt notice any issues.
The product gets very "flexible" when is hot, thats one of the beauties of it when you install it, remember this is not regular vinyl, is another story, much stronger and resistent to extreme temps, honestly speaking, don't know how long it will last, regular warranty is 12 years ! , pictures don't show how nice it really looks !
