I’ve got Pirelli Carving Edge on stock staggered 20s. They’re excellent.

I have had Dunlop GranTrek's (OEM-Run Flats) on a 2011 50i and was not impressed...

Currently running Nokia Haaka R2's (NOT RF's) on a 13 X5M and couldn't be happier.

My daily in New England conditions with frequent ski trips further during the winter.

DM-V2 works great as well. I run 18's in winter.

I have Haaka R2 on my 2012 X5 3.5. So far, excellent in the snow, but a bid loud. Wife has the DM-V2 on her Acura MDX, way quieter. So, if road noise is a consideration DM-V2, is super awesomeness is what you want, then Haaka R2.

I have a set of staggered 20s RTF pirelli scropion and a set of square 19s Blizzak DM-V2 and they both perform great. However when I am headed into a snow storm for a ski trip I feel more confident with the DM-V2, they just feel more "grippy" in really bad weather.

Either choice is great!

Pirelli Scorpion Ice and Snow on staggered 20s. Great grip in and out of the snow. I actually have better ride quality than my summer Bridgestones...
