X5 and X6 wheels
I've researched quite a bit and found mixed information... So does any X6 wheels, non-M, fits the X5 E70 as far as the hub bore size?
I'm confused because it appears that style-214 fits both X5 and X6, while I hear that style 258 or 232 off an X6 does not fit an X5. So why does one style wheel fits but the other doesn't? Another set of example is style 212 that's available on both X5 and X6 ... Another thing I know for sure is that the X6 wheels has different offset in the rear than in the front, but that shouldn't be the reason because we're talking about hub sizes here. I'd love some information if anyone willing to share

I believe the X6 ///M rear uses a different bore size. So I believe the fronts would swap to an X5, but you'd need a competent machine shop to bore the rear hub. Or, I'm sure someone is making an adaptive spaced that would work great.

So, does anyone know of any problems putting X6 Style 212 wheels on a 2009 X5 with M-Sport? I'm planning to get a set of these with all seasons for winter use.
