Leaking green slimey fluid

Came out to the garage this morning and noticed the car leaking green slimey fluid. It is leaking from the front corner under the passenger side running board just behind the passenger side front tire. A slow drip, I smelled it, no odor. The substance is more slimey than it is oily and no distinctive smell. I looked under the hood and didn't see anything leaking or dripping. The only thing I saw on the passenger side fire wall is the reservoir for the windshield washer fluid. I started the car with no warnings lights or fluid low warnings. Anyone have an idea as to what it can be ? Any input would be appreciated.

I would suggest first probability as washer fluid. The reservoir is right where you describe the leak, and it could definitely be green and slimy. Are you sure your low fluid sensor is ok?
Second (less probable ) source could be the radiator coolant , this is often green as well but would be less slimy of course.

BMW coolant is blue so unless the coolant was serviced elsewhere you wouldn't see green.

Just got home and checked, hopefully it's the wiper fluid. I left a cup there to catch the leak and the fluid is blue with no slimey consistency. Anyone know if it's an easy dyi to replace the reservoir ? Thnx for everyone that chimed in !

It's a power steering fluid/active suspension. Bmw uses chf11s. There are 4 aluminium hydraulic lines under passenger side rocker panel/from fender. Probably one of them is leaking. Most likely o-ring is gone.

The liquid in the cup did not have an oily consistency and not much of an odor. It looked and felt similar to windshield washer fluid. The car sits for months and was last driven two weeks ago. Didn't notice the link after I last drove it. It has been really hot here the last few days and the wipers fluid leak is pretty common so I chalked it up to that. Guess I need someone to look at it. . .
