PDC w/out Rear view Camera?

So my recently acquired CPO 2010 X5M had PDC but no rear view camera which I think/thought was wierd. At 1st thought maybe the camera just was not activated but seems it wasn't included as an option originally on the car.

Question here is how common is this among X5s? And most important has/can this be retrofitted either OEM (preferred) or aftermarket (okay also)?

Appreciate your input/thoughts.

It is not very common to see without, and is a rare order. You can retrofit it, but the cost is over $1000. It really depends upon how long you plan on keeping the vehicle, if you really like the color combination and like the actual vehicle, it would be worth installing.

Thanks. Got it done at one of my local auto boutiques. NavTV module. Install was pretty easy for them to do an works great.
