Tension Struts

Hello

Anyone have the bushings on their tension struts go yet?

Have 2011 x5m with 50k miles. Mine are getting soft

Anyone replace with something better than OEM? How much labor is involved either way?

Not tension struts but just got my rear (left & right) Air springs changed at 57K….

$200 each from Arnott + 150 labour in total.

Meyle HD was the bushing to use on the e53 when the stockers failed. I used them on my e53 when I had it, and they worked flawlessly.

With the right tool to press the bushings out/in, you will be looking at a couple hrs. of work.
