X5 50i Comfort Access

Hi there, have anyone experience difficulty opening the door with comfort access. Example like if you touch the door handle it doesn't open sometime and took a while to open. When inside the car sometime it show NO Remote Key and can't even start the engine and same thing it took a while to respond. Took it to BMW they change a new battery saying it is the battery fault and still the same thing happen. I had also change the battery in the key. Thanks if anyone could help.

my 2011 with comfort access acts strange all the time. sometimes touch door will not unlock or lock quickly. I have noticed that if my iphone is in the same pocket as keys comfort access will NOT work, period.

same here. Very annoying $1k option.
