2010 x6 40d can change exhaust ?

I JUST GOT MY NEW X6 40D. THE BMW AGENT TOLD ME THAT WE COULD CHANGE THE EXHAUST AS SOON AS THE CAR ARRIVE. TODAY THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE THEM WITH THE REASON THAT IS NOT ON THE MANUFACTURER MANUAL. I THINK THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL SINCE I HATE SO MUCH THESE EXHAUST. DOES ANYBODY CAN HELP ?

Cheers Amy - I didnt know we could chnage them ive ordereda 4.0D like yours - have an existing 3.5D with the circle type exhaust - love the more cube type
