Never had HUD before, I think is a great feature, the M View is spectacular, you can see the tachometer, the gear your are in and the speed in the same picture

Polarized lenses will make the HUD go away, had to buy new sunglasses!

I also have polorized glasses, but i can see it well It's not as bright, but still perfectly fine for normal use It may have to do with different glasses too Some polorized glasses work fine, some not so |

Mine are Maui Jim's with mirror glass ( glass lens not plastic), my HUD disappears 100% with those glasses, if I use regular sun glasses (just dark lenses) , it does look just a little dimmed

polarized glasses
i have polarized non-mirrored prescription sunglasses (whatever standard smoke grey polarized glass Lenscrafters uses). The HUD disappears COMPLETELY if my head is perfectly vertical. If I cock my head (well past the point of comfort) to either side the HUD becomes more visible, but even at max brightness it's pretty useless.
Very disappointing since I love both the HUD and my polarized glasses (it rains even on sunny days here and the glare can be downright dangerous). I'll probably end up getting a new pair of non-polarized glasses to keep in the car... |

Hi guys, headup display from my Bmw x6 f16 suddenly was positioned to low, even with maximum height selected in settings. So I went looking for the fuses of the dashboard : fuse 50 + 52 (under the glove box left front of the X6). I removed both fuses and put them back : problem solved, headup display was in normal positio, again !
