H&R springs on x6m
So today I just had h&r springs installed on my 2010 x6m with self leveling. The shop set the rear link to the lowest possible setting and the rear is pretty dumped. Sure looks nice but as soon as I got on the highway (roads isn't too bad) this thing bounces as if I had no shocks and my neck hurts like no other day. Anyone else had this problem? Or if I raise it up a lil bit or maybe a wheel alignment might fix?

You're supposed to disconnect the battery before changing out the rears. And then when you reconnect the car adjusts itself. It's not the springs that's causing the bumpy ride.

you don't have to disconnect the battery... instead, just disconnect the connectors to the top of the air ride sensors while you are changing out the links.
