E70 M Sport interior trim upgrade

Wanted to share one of my first upgrades with you all, and give a local vendor/enthusiast some public appreciation. I've never been a fan of wood interior trim in most cars, and the E70 is no different. I just recently acquired this vehicle (I'll post a thread soon) and I knew I'd go for this upgrade early on. Lucky for me Mr. Wu! himself was available this weekend, and wanted to tackle the project.

I thought about a few options but ultimately settled on the 3M 1080 carbon fiber vinyl for the wrap. Mark is a pro with this stuff, but it took him a lot of time. You can tell from the pics he definitely got it right though:

Big thanks to him and if you're in the PNW and are considering any kind of vinyl work you won't be disappointed in the results.

Still loving it. Between this and the spacer/stud conversion, my favorite two upgrades for sure. Trim gets a lot of compliments from people who know cars.

only certain pieces. most was done while on the car. In hindsight, installer would have done all of it without removing.

I had to leave the X5 with him for about half of a day. It was sub $500 if I remember correctly.
