Nope. Nor can you get one, I believe.
I just heard from a friend that our BMW dealer is JUST starting to install aftermarket pan heaters for those that want them. I live in southern Saskatchewan. We have run e46 M3, 4.6is X5, e92 M3, and now, 2010 X6M - none have had block heaters. They have sat outside in minus 40 celsius weather, and never once has any of them failed to start, or even struggled to start - except for the 4.6is X5, which at the time was six years old, and just needed a new battery! None of them has had a block heater. That's pretty amazing, really.

i live in alberta too .. with our weather last week .. i guess we are ok without block heater , and my car is always parked out door
