Reliability: 2007 3.0si vs 2007 4.8i

Hi guys,

We are now 2017 and I would like to know witch one are better to buy and why?

I know for the E70 (2011-2013) the 35i is better to buy than the 50i. (Heard a lot of issue on the 50i)

But is it the same thing for the V8 on the 2007-2010 model ?

I never had V8, but someone who still have or already have the 4.8i could help me to make a decision.

I already had a 2007 3.0si before, It was good, miss the power, but 0 issue on it until I sold it.
